BOKARO: The Bharat Jago Daud, held in Bokaro on Wednesday, saw an
enthusiastic participation by 3000 students. The run, organized to
spread the message of peace, was held at three different places -Majdoor
Maidan, Balidih and Chas. Held in memory of Swami Vivekananda, it saw
students run for about three km. Vinaytosh Mishra, DIG of Central
Industrial Security Force (CISF), was the chief guest of the function.
The event saw a rich lineup of cultural programmes surrounding the life
and times of Vivekananda.
